研究方向、教学课程
研究方向：
从事胃肠肝胰等疾病诊治与研究30余年，对消化道出血、重型胰腺炎、肝硬化及其并发症、炎症性肠病等的临床诊治有较深入的研究。特别擅长胃肠肝胰等疾病及在内窥镜下的诊断、介入治疗。如对肝硬化及其并发症的临床评估/诊治、EMRL、EMR、ESD、超声内镜的诊断、超声内镜引导下的穿刺活检/注射/引流。
目前临床工作的主要研究结果：（1）结扎术可以有效治疗食管/食管+胃静脉曲张，并将结扎术治疗用于胃静脉曲张的治疗，治疗水平处于国内领先；（2）结扎术治疗静脉曲张的疗效与肝功能、门脉压力、侧枝循环开放等密切相关；（3）静脉曲张经过有效的结扎术治疗可以减少肝硬化的死亡率，也有可能延长患者的生存时间；（4）较高的消化道早癌检出率，胃肠粘膜、粘膜下肿瘤早期治疗通过EMR、EMRL、ESD等内镜下介入治疗手段完成，在本市处于领先水平；（5）脂多糖结合蛋白可能是诊断肝硬化自发性腹膜炎的另一个有效指标；（6）结直肠癌的发病率、发病部位等在川渝地区近年有新的变化；作为重庆市超声内镜的领军者，引领重庆市内医疗单位开展超声内镜的诊疗规范、超声内镜的介入治疗。在国内尤其是西南地区处于领先水平。
